Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy of all documentation and inventory counts.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory on pallets or shelves according to established company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and order status.
- Collaborate with team leads and other associates to ensure timely processing of customer orders and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing workstations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if required for dock operations.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
