Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately
- Adhere to all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Prepare shipments for timely delivery using automated packing systems
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits monthly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
