Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging is secure for shipping.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your workstation, aisles, and shipping areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet daily productivity and accuracy targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk long distances on warehouse floors.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; No experience necessary – we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic reading and math skills; familiarity with computers or scanners is a plus.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide valid ID.
