Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to ensure optimal workflow and accuracy.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by scanning items with handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in packing orders and preparing them for dispatch to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
