Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all items are accurately scanned and labeled to prevent shipping errors.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
