Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Organize stock bins and maintain a neat, safe, and orderly warehouse floor at all times.
- Load and unload pallets and packages onto outbound trucks efficiently.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
