Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately retrieve items from shelves and package them according to customer specifications and safety standards.
- Operate Equipment: Utilize RF scanners, handheld devices, and conveyor systems to manage inventory flow efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and verify labels to ensure 100% accuracy before shipment.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep storage areas organized and clean to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily performance goals and quotas.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Math Skills: Basic arithmetic skills required for counting items and processing transactions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Technology: Comfortable using handheld scanners and computer systems.
