Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and safety standards.
- Label, sort, and scan packages to ensure accuracy in inventory management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely.
- Verify quantities and quality of items against purchase orders.
- Assist in loading trucks and unloading incoming stock as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
