The Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our operations, ensuring that our customers in the SF Bay Area receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work in a modern, climate-controlled facility equipped with the latest technology.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in compliance with safety standards.
- Scan and verify barcodes to ensure inventory integrity and prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to 5S principles.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before processing.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to obtain one.
