Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify products against customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Inspect all items for quality control and damage before packaging.
- Ensure warehouse aisles and workstations remain clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Meet daily productivity targets and efficiency goals set by the warehouse manager.
- Collaborate closely with the night shift team to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
