Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, railcars, and trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage zones to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock rotation (cycle counts).
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for forklift certification (we train!).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and labeling.
