Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
