Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure accurate inventory placement.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Scan barcodes and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and documents.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for internal roles but preferred).
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
