Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient movement of inventory within our distribution center. You will ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a full-time role in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and record incoming shipments, inspecting items for damage or discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Organize stock in designated areas to maintain an efficient and safe workspace.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and updates.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we offer paid training.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
