As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer a safety-first culture and paid training for certified operators.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Valid Forklift Certification (if applying for forklift operator role).
