Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing freight to ensure accurate inventory flow.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship duties with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and productivity targets.
- Inspect products for damage prior to shipping and report any issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) with high reliability.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and scan barcodes accurately.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C) required for some roles.
