As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our supply chain. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment utilizing state-of-the-art technology to ensure products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move stock within the warehouse.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and adheres to strict safety protocols.
- Load and unload trailers using dock equipment and manual labor as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory turnover between shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (we offer comprehensive training).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
