Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and report malfunctions.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Licensing: Valid forklift certification (reach truck or sit-down) is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
