Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts, stock organization, and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipping with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Operate scanners and handheld devices to track orders and shipments in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in full compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
