Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with real-time system updates
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and enforce 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety procedures including PPE requirements and hazard reporting
- Support outbound loading and inbound receiving processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
