Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and scanning of orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily KPIs.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet our strict standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners or RF devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
