Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory checks, cycle counts, and ensure stock levels are maintained accurately.
- Unload incoming freight and organize inventory in designated zones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve shipping discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
