Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against work orders with 99% accuracy.
- Ensure accurate scanning and data entry to maintain real-time inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas and inventory flow.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
- Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork.
