Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage products accurately for shipping and receiving.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and reaching.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced environments.
