Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Scan barcodes and use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Operate machinery and equipment in strict adherence to operational guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Willingness to wear appropriate safety gear and adhere to all safety regulations.
