Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on high accuracy and speed.
- Scan barcodes and verify product details using handheld scanners to ensure inventory integrity.
- Ensure packaging materials are used efficiently and that boxes are sealed securely for transit.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks as required during shift changes to keep operations moving.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and flexible with overtime.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
