Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and stage inventory with precision using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the WMS system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections on machinery and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily KPIs.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld RF scanners.
- Background: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
