Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% on-time delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving incoming shipments and conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
