Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Organize inventory, maintain accurate stock levels, and perform cycle counts.
- Package products securely for shipping using proper labeling and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational policies.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the night shift (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM) consistently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
