Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Process inbound shipments and verify received items against purchase orders
- Train on new technologies and process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn WMS/RF systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
