Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with all safety protocols.
- Load, unload, and stage products accurately to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks before operating machinery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse and dock areas.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company policies regarding lifting and maneuvering heavy loads.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including scanning and labeling packages.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to coordinate workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to obtain a valid forklift operator certification (training provided).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible hours as needed.
