Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills required for order verification.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
