Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Prepare: Accurately select items from inventory shelves and package them securely for shipment using industrial packing materials.
- Scan & Verify: Utilize handheld scanners and barcode readers to ensure inventory accuracy and verify order details.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all customer orders meet our high-quality standards before dispatch.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe to prevent accidents.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting any discrepancies or damaged stock immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required by the shift.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate machinery and perform physical tasks.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work consistently as part of a team.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic addition, subtraction, and unit conversion.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail-oriented work.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
