Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from warehouse shelves according to digital order tickets with 100% accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label packages correctly and apply shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment to process inventory efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Sort and organize incoming stock to ensure proper inventory placement.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; we welcome entry-level applicants.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for weighing and counting items accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
