Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to order specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, scanners)
- Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Use inventory management software to update stock levels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Must pass pre-employment background check
