Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship orders using company-provided equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, shrink wrap machines)
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Update inventory systems using provided handheld scanners
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with equipment support
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Willingness to operate company-provided machinery
- Reliable transportation to our Richmond facility
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
