Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to pick tickets and shipping requirements.
- Utilize RF scanners and handheld devices to verify product information and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect products for defects, damages, or quality issues before packaging.
- Label, wrap, and secure packages to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load outbound trucks efficiently and adhere to shipping schedules.
- Collaborate with the team lead to meet daily production targets and quality metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
