Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Verify product quantities, accuracy, and quality before packaging to minimize errors.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
- Process returns and damaged goods efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and time-sensitive deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and verification.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
