Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and quality standards.
- Utilize RF scanners and handheld devices to accurately locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves.
- Inspect items for damage, defects, or incorrect quantities before packing.
- Label packages accurately with shipping tags and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills in English.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
