Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and shipping labels to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read and interpret picking tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly under pressure.
- Previous experience in warehousing, order fulfillment, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if needed.
