Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inspect merchandise for quality assurance and damage before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Follow safety protocols and company operational standards strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and pick lists efficiently.
