Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to customer specifications and pick lists.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects and report any issues to supervisors immediately.
- Operate handheld scanning devices (RF guns) to ensure order accuracy and inventory tracking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment and delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow instructions and labels.
- Physical stamina to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
