Responsibilities
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify product details against packing slips and barcode scans for accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners efficiently.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace at all times.
- Load finished orders onto pallets, shelves, or conveyors according to operational standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in stock rotation and inventory cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Valid driver's license (optional, depending on site logistics).
