Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels within the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Pack, palletize, and label products securely for domestic and international shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Operate scanning devices and handheld terminals to track shipments and orders in real-time.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred but not mandatory.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) required; training available for qualified candidates.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
