Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling and quality control.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding inventory status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
