Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.</li><li>Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to ensure quality control.</li><li>Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, stackers, and forklifts (if certified).</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S standards and safety protocols.</li><li>Label packages correctly with proper shipping information and barcodes.</li><li>Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by supervisors.</li><li>Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve packing discrepancies.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.</li><li>Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds regularly.</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.</li><li>Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and screen instructions.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.</li></ul>
