Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect products for quality control and ensure they are free of defects before packaging.
- Label packages correctly according to shipping guidelines and carrier requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
- Process returns and manage inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
