- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Label packages accurately and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate and maintain standard packing machinery and hand tools efficiently.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and packing slips.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced settings.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
