Responsibilities
- Pack products securely using appropriate materials (bubble wrap, boxes, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing packing slips with inventory and scanning items.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided upon hiring).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality assurance goals.
- Handle physical requirements including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning orders and verifying quantities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
