Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately according to customer orders and shipping guidelines.
- Inspect items for quality and damage, ensuring only perfect products are shipped.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production quotas.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
